Individual psychotherapy is a one-on-one space where you can do in-depth, meaningful work at your own pace, with the support of a dedicated therapist. It’s a place to explore things like emotional challenges, identity, and trauma with compassion and care. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, helping you build insight, develop practical coping and relationship skills, and to feel grounded and understood.
-
Relationship therapy is a place for partners to come together and do real work as a team with the support of a therapist. Whether you’re in a monogamous relationship, an open dynamic, or a polyamorous relationship, sessions help you explore what’s been happening between you, improve communication, and learn practical ways to manage conflict so you and your partner can feel more connected, understood, and aligned.

A letter of support for gender-affirming care is a written document from a mental health professional to help individuals access medical care that supports them in living more authentically in their body. Our approach to gender-affirming care is grounded in informed consent and bodily autonomy.
A letter can be provided as part of ongoing individual therapy, or completed through a one-time session that focuses specifically on understanding what a person is seeking and how to best support them. During these sessions, a therapist meets with the individual to better understand what they’re hoping to achieve, provide education about the process, and to make space for any emotions or concerns that can come up around medical procedures to help clients move forward feeling confident, supported, and with agency.
We are able to offer in-person, telehealth, and hybrid options for most sessions
Our office is wheelchair accessible. We are happy to send additional details about our space to evaluate whether our office will meet your accessibility needs.

An initial consultation is a free, 15-minute phone or video call in which you meet with the therapist. It’s a chance to connect, learn about their approach, ask questions, and determine together whether they’re a good fit for you.
